Manforce presents an efficient drug used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. This medication is known to be the generic version of Viagra, increasing male ability to achieve and maintain an erection after sexual stimulation. 

Manforce acts by stimulating the synthesis of cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate) in the organism, which relaxes smooth muscle increasing blood flow to the genitals.
